Footage Search, Inc., operator of OceanFootage.com and NatureFootage.com, has a new rate structure offering what it calls "a multitude of easy and newly enhanced on-line pricing options." At the same time, Footage Search introduces an on-line on-line pricing calculator for Rights-Managed stock footage, proving a simpler and intuitively priced series of rates and purchase options,. The calculator allows the user to define the use, term and territory of the footage desired, with subsequent clip rates appearing next to the clip. New discounted documentary and entertainment broadcast rates are introduced, with pricing by the clip, rather than by the second as previously. Footage Search says clip rates are based on camera format as well as the rarity of the footage subject and bulk discounts on license rates are also available.
