| The National Maritime Museum's Film Archive holds a fascinating collection of films dating back to the 1910's. They provide a rich insight into Britain's relationship with the sea, covering aspects of tourism, industry and warfare.
The majority of our films are on 16mm format, from which Beta, VHS, or DVD copies can be made. Subject to copyright clearance, these copies can be borrowed or viewed at the museum.
