The Hearst Metrotone News Collection (1915-1977): More than 27 million feet of distributed newsreels, unreleased stories, and outtakes covering nearly every major national and international news story of the time. Much of the collection is camera-original negative, yielding images as sharp as the day they were shot.
The KTLA Newsfilm Collection (1955-1981): Color/sound film covering more than 13,000 news stories.
The TV News Collection (1973-1975): More than 5,000 national news stories.
The Paper Prints Collection (1896-1908): Over 400 comedies, dramas, and documentary subjects. Includes films by D.W. Griffith and Thomas Edison.
The Hollywood on Parade Collection (1932-1934): Short subjects featuring behind-the-scenes footage of Hollywoods early personalities and Golden Age.
