German flags thrown on ground in Red Square. Stalin, Molotov, Malenkov, Beria, Mikoyan, Kaganovich, Khrushchev, Budenny, Voroshilov, Zhdanov, Bulganin, and Zhukov attend. Tribute to dead officers, Vatutin, Chernikhosky. Soldiers running across battle fields, infantry, attack with tanks in background. June 23, 1945 meeting of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. Demobilization is proclamed. Audience applauds. Soviet soldiers return home, decorated soldiers, parade, military ceremony, soldiers kissing flag, military brass band on the platform, accordion players among other soldiers in a cattle wagon. Steam engine with a portrait of Stalin and slogan 'Mother country!'. Soviet troops leave Czechoslovakia, commentary says 'having completed our liberation duties we did not stay one day more on foreign territories'.
